Sam was found guilty on 2024-03-01 at a trial at Leeds Crown Court, of one offense under Section 19 of the Public Order Act, for maintaining a database of and distribution of pro-White stickers. Sam was sentenced to a two year custodial sentence. Sam is now incarcerated in a British prison for the 'crime' of producing messages the prosecution admitted were 'totally lawful'. During the trial the Judge reminded the jury that the 'truth was no defense'.
